[newbie] ln4win Kernel for Panic

Hello,
 
I am trying to install ln4win over WIN98 FAT32.
 
After install.bat I got to the kernel boot.
 
However I got the error
 
Kernel pacnic : VFS: Unable to mountroot fs on 08:01.
 
Can anyone advise?
