I just installed Mandrake 9.1 on a Dell Inspiron 9.1 and I've got
several issues:
I'm using the kernel linux-2.4.21-0.13mdkenterprise
1°) The harddisk is really slow : hdparm shows a transfer rate of
3.5Mb/s
I tried to activate the dma using the command:
hdparm -c1d1 /dev/hdc
