Hi, Sylpheed is a top notch client: http://sylpheed.good-day.net/ I've used Evolution before for a couple of months but it gets really bogged down with a lot of mail. (my mail directory is currently 83.5 meg) Sylpheed is feature rich too and the author is updating very regularly.
