I have a problem, the following /dev file keep changing ownership to my user acount.

this is mainly causing problems with other users using the sound system... I have chown the files back to root.* and chmod to a+rw but after a while they are back again. I have not been able to trace down what is causing this can anyone help???
I'm running mandgrake 6.0 Linux kernal 2.2.9-19mdk
