Hi there,
Just installed mandrake 7.2 on my Toshiba
laptop (coming from SUSE 7.0). Excellent hardware detection except for one
thing. There is no nin_cs.o in my /lib/modules/<kernel>/pcmcia directory.
I need this module to get my Matsushita cardbus/16bit PCMCIA-SCSI adaptor
(supplied with HP-M820 CDRW) to work under linux. Can anyone explain why this
module is not supplied with Mandrake and how i can get the module installed. Is
it just a matter of copying it from my other SUSE box into the
directory or are more steps required.
