Can anyone, tell me the use of "start_bh_atomic" and
"stop_bh_atomic". For example, in the function, dev_queue_xmit()
(/usr/src/linux/net/core/dev.c), this function is called. I have seen the
implementation of the functions, but, I'm not clear.
