  Well, to solve this problem is too easy like to go walk. :) For its  
solving you 'Linux Neophite' must give to your Linux one main thing. Add
the following line by using console window, netcfg utility or add it to
/etc/rc.d/rc.local file:
 
[root@linux/] #: route add -net 127.0.0.0 lo
 
or 
 
[root@linux/] #: route add -host 127.0.0.1 lo
 
  I think the first line is more important like the second. I also had the
same problem on our Linux Mandrake 7.0 (Russian Edition). And it did solve
it by these lines. I added the line to my rc.local file.
