Hi, Like everyone else, I would like to upgrade my 6.1 system to 7.0. What I would like to know is, will the upgrade erase all the apps I have installed, or things like development libraries, personal files in my /home directory, or pacman hiscores :) ? Or does upgrading only change system

Sean, I'm having a similar problem with my installation. I was able to fix the message you're getting by entering the following when installing glib: ./configure --prefix=/usr/ because the old glib files are in /usr/lib/, and this overwrites them. I then got a message about it not being able t

Although the resolution for my monitor is fine in general, Netscape displays pages with miniscule text, making it almost impossible to read. Is there any way to correct this without changing my resolution? Thanks Bill

Hi, I've just installed Mandrake 6.1 on my computer. Unfortunately, I have a turtle beach montego sound card which is not supported. Does anyone know where I may be able to find a driver or possibly use another compatible driver to get some sound up? Thanks. Bill
