[newbie] icq skins...

Hello Has anyone ever installed a skin for icq??? I tried to install one, but the whole window of icq was not effected, only the bottom 3 lines... the whole icq window should reflect the change I'm confused as to where to go from here. I have read all the documentation I can find,
