[newbie] 2 Sound Cards

I have two sound cards in my system and neither are being recognized by
Linux at the moment.

One is a Guillemot Maxi Sound Home Studio Pro 64 (sheesh long name) and the
other is a TB Montego A3D.  I did see the post regarading the Montego and am
hopeful that this evening I can get it working.

I am wondering if it is even possible to run 2 sound cards at once in Linux;
they both work fine together under Win98.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
