Hello Everyone,
I am rewritting this for some reason the support list messed up the text in my first email and confused it a little. So here is my problem. I have just installed 7.2. My problem in when I try to view my HTML file at http://208.186.253.54 I cannot veiw the default webpage, I get a 403 forbidden error. It comes up fine under SSL protocol https://208.186.253.54 it works just fine. At first I thought it was a permission problem, but I have checked on almost all files and directories and everything at 755. Any suggestions.
