How can I get my ATI Rage Fury Pro to use 3d acceleration. With Mandrakes
install it works, but locks up a whole lot, so much that any game using it is
impossible. I tried nvidia, but I couldnt get it to install right. Maybe
someone else had this problem? Im so confused, can someone help me?

I am and user of Mandrake 7.1 and now I would like to improve the video
card.
A lot of people have said me that the ATI RAGE FURY PRO (32 Mb) is a very
good video card on windows environment, but I don't know if It works OK
under Linux.
If you have any experience about this video card
Works fine on my machine. Has since 7.0, but 7.1's release was a little
more stable for the card. I will be trying 7.2beta this weekend.
