[newbie] Apache 1.3.14 help

I had to completely re-install 7.2 download version...due to buying a new 20 gig HD I installed a complete workstation unit...but now I want to install the apache RPM's I tried installing the 3 files. Apache 1.3.14 Apache-common 1.3.14 Apache-suexec 1.3.14 but for some reason...it says this:
