use the name of the server, not the ip number.

Is it possible (I'm not really an apache person) that you are missing an
entry to you hosts file, as well as the config files? My hosts file looks
like the following: (edited for paranoia)
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain
128.95.112.1pandora.blah.blah.edu
