I reinstalled PMfirewall and Portsentry after upgrading from 7.1 to 7.2. Went through scans on www.grc.com, www.whackerhacker.com and on Secure Design. I keep coming up with the following Ports still open - 25 tcp smtp 177 udp xdmcp 631 tcp (cups) 1025 tcp listen 1026 tcp nterm 6000 tcp X11 I responded no to all the server queries during the PMfirewall setup, including smtp. How do I close these? I have read over the IP-Chains HowTo, but wasn't able to figure it out. Barry :-)
