Don't think my previous post got out of the box. So, for those who might have a Kodak DC 3400 camera, Gphoto will use it very well if you configure as the Kodak DC 280 camera. It worked very well on the serial port, so now I am going to try the usb interface. Only a scanner working away from dumping windows altogether. I have a HP 5200 with usb that I haven't tried yet.
