[newbie] How can I block access to IRC in LM8.2 ?

Hello, Is there an easy way to block access to IRC channels, on all my network? I am using Mandrake 8.2 as a gateway for the internet with Mandrake Conection Sharing and Bastille firewall. Would it be possible to make restrictions for only some of the internal machines not beeing able to
