Hi

I just loaded Mandrake 7.0 after a few months absence from the Linux community
while relocating from California to Virginia for my job with the USDA. I ran
into a couple snags and a lock up while upgrading from a previous Mandrkae
version which I think was 6.0.

Anyway, I have a system with two hard drives, a 3.25 and 4.0 GB. The smaller HD
is on Windows 98 and larger on Mandrake Linux. I would use both for Linux
except that I need to use AutoCAD and ArcView for my job.

When I upgraded Mandrake, part of my 4 GB hard dive was not recognized due to
an oversite on my part in Disk Druid from my previous installation.

Can I get that space back? I have a good running installation and do not want
to take a chance messing it up but need the extra space for the StarOffice
installation. I am only showing 1 GB space left when I know there is about 2 GB
left. The partiton formated for Linux only registers at about 2.88 GB out of a
possible 4 GB. Also, what other things can I delete to get more disk space. I
chose to install everything during the initial install and then upgrade.

Many thanks in advance!
