[newbie] I wanna change kernels.

Hello All, I have the -1linus kernel installed and I want to change to the -15mdk kernel, how do I do this?  I'm trying to get 7.0 to recognize my Xserver driver module thingy, and my CDROM.  Both worked in 6.1. Vern
