I have been trying to install Office 2000 for Linux since back in December. I first tried on Red Hat 7 with no success in spite of suggestion from Tech Support of Red Hat and Corel I finally abandoned Red Hat and installed Mandrake 7.2 and lo and behold Office 2000 installed without a hitch. BUT, when I try to execute any of the packages I get an error saying something like, "Unable to add Fontastic font server to the font path. The font server is probably not installed or not running. Correct the problem and try again." I wish I knew how to correct the problem. The Fontastic fonts are installed as far as I can tell with my limited knowledge of Linux. Can you please me get it up and running? Thank you.
