Hi, I don't know if it will solve your problem, but it is worth to try.
Take a look at the README file provided by Nvidia's tarball. If I
remember correctly, you have to pass an argument, like make
SYSINCLUDE=/path-to-your-kernel-sources-include-directory, when you
compile the driver for a

Is there anything "special" about the Redhat or Mandrake kernel
source distribution? Or can I run out and get a copy of the recently
released 2.2.2 kernel and compile that? Oh, and yes my home
system IS experiencing one of the "showstopper" problems with the
2.2.1 kernel. Thanks!
