You will not need to format the 20GB at all if you install mandrake 7.2,
lilo and grub will work fine. Both of these boot managers will default
to linux so if you don't press anything on boot it will just boot to

Will this setup be hassle free in the sense that:
1. No re-partitioning on
I found that mandrake 7.2 and win2k played pretty well together. If you
are going to use LILO or Grub as the boot loader be prepared to add a
boot win2k line manually after mandrake is installed and running.
