I've just installed 10. CE and find that I can no longer scroll windows contents with the wheel. It's a USB cordless plugged in to a USB/PS2 converter which still works fine in 9.2 XF86Config-4 is the same as 9.2 except the "Device" line in the Input Devices section says /dev/mouse where in 9.
