Jerry; Don't bother using the DrakGW package, but instead, use the Shorewall Modeule in Webmin. That way you can do your firewall and ICS at the same time. Just watch out for the RouteStopped section as that will shut down all TCP/IP traffic on your LAN until you change the routestopped rules.
