I just installed
Mandrake 9.2 on my system last night, dual-booting with Windows XP for Home. I
"installed" mgetty, mgetty-voice, etc., afterwards, going through the KDE
interface to do so. Now the questions: Where are they, and how do I use them?
I'm sure there is setup to do, recording a message, etc. I need to have
voicemail and fax reception available 24-7, so I currently have to have Windows
running, which is what my voicemail software is geared to. I'd prefer to have
LInux as my main system, with Windows as secondary (I use and teach Excel and
Access professionally, so I need to keep them). Windows identifies my modem as
an Intel 536EP. Intel says "Operating system support includes...Linux" on its
web site.
Thank you in advance
for your help, and have a happy and blessed Thanksgiving (to those of you in the
U.S.; to the rest...have a nice day).
