Think twice about Netscape's 128 encryption version! It is only secure
and effective on sites that support 128 encryption. Otherwise, you are
getting only 56 encryption and a false sense of security.

Hmmm, I got mine (4.61) from home.netscape.com. There might not be a
version of 4.7 with the 128 bit
Install the low-security netscape from the distribution, or from
wherever on the net. Then pay a visit to http://www.fortify.net and
download the 128-bit strong encryption patch for it. Note that they seem
not to support 4.7 yet.
