I had a similar problem with an NE2000 clone. The way i got it to work was: 1. Enable plug&pray on card. 2. Run Lothar against the card, but change no parameters. 3. Change the card to non-p&p, and give it an IRQ and address. 4. In Linuxconfig other net config app enter the card's parameters manually.
