Hello All, I am wondering why I don't have sound in this particular game. Sound works on this Dell Inspiron 7500 laptop using the snd-es1968 driver for the ES1978 Maestro 2E built-in sound card in KDE my gui of choice and in other games.
I did, on install, use the Alt1 kernel so I am using the kernel.h-2.4.25-2mdk as with the 2.6 kernel I can get sound *or* pcmcia networking. I get one or the other but never did I ever get both. Hopefully someone could shed light on this. Regards, Phil
