   Please don't.  It's very poor netiquette to post attachments to 
mailing lists, _particularly_ anything not plain text or over just a 
few K.  The number one rule for this group, as with most all mailing 
lists, is to use plain ASCII text only. So that precludes binaries, 
rtf, html, etc., as attachments or inline.

   In some unusual circumstances, a small plain text attachment is 
deemed necessary or requested by a large number of the group.  In that 
rare event, netiquette requires a warning, eg, [w/ATTACHMENT] in the 
subject line so most users can just delete the message unread. This is 
still poor netiquette tho, as many users have to download their email 
before they can delete it.
