For quite a number of the windows in Linuxconf, whenever I click 'Help'
to get more information, the window that pops up is several times the
height of the screen and there is no scrollbar present to scroll down the
information.
Maximizing the screen does no good and clicking the 'X' in the

WOW COOL! I wasn't having such an issue with the linuxconf help window but when i'd
start xchat it'd place the window half way off the top of the screen (so i couldn't
grab the titlebar) making it (i thought) unusable unless i switched to iceWM which
will let me place the window with my mouse

Right after I sent the email, I figured out that I could use the ALT key to
click and drag the window. Figures. ;)
Thanks for help regardless, everyone.
The odd thing is that this window behaviour isn't consistent for all .help
files. Some open up with a scroll bar and some don't.
