Hello, I have PC-Chips M577 mainboard with integrated sound. The sound chip emulate: - a SB16 (IRQ 5, 0x0220, DMA 1 and 5 with W98) - a WSS device (IRQ 9, 0x530, DMA 3 with W98) - a MPU-401 (0x330 with W98) I installed Mandrake 5.2 (Great !) but now, I would like to have sound. I tried sndconfig with no success. Reading the HOWTO, it seems I have to compile a new kernel but I don't know what device to choose... Somebody has such a config ? Any idea ?
