Hallo, I have just installed Mandrake 8.1. All my hardware is working OK except my ISDN-connection. I have a Teles 16.3c ISA PnP card which is in the list of known and configurable ISDN-cards. Mandrake says that it recognizes the IRQ and IO numbers by itself. But when I configure my connection (and I tried to do that many times, with several providers and in several ways) my connection will not work anyway.
What can I do about it? I have already thought about buying a different ISDN-card or using a different Linux-version. I have been told that SUSE Linux is the best on ISDN. Any suggestions or solutions are welcome. Meindert Gijzen
