No I'm afraid not. I tried all the ideas that were given to me and it just won't read the d..... card. Anyway I crossposted to another list I'm on (by mistake) and was given another way to try it out. If it works I will gladly post here how I finally got it to work. I think there's a problem between the chair and the keyboard :), I have a hard time seeing the straight logic of Linux vs the old micrsucks days. It really is a bad habit and hard to break.
