Under the K Menu, go to Settings....Applications....Login Manager. There, on the first tab (Appearance) there is a box called Greeting String, in which you can type any message. Here you can also edit the login box logo and change your startup background screen (I have a very nice Tolkien one). Hope that helps, Evan Holt
