You can tell kmail to show all the headers by clicking on View and Show All Headers. If you save the message into a file it will save all the headers along with the message text (if you open that file with an editor you should see everything). The only thing is that when you send the abuse report as a message in kmail, you'll just have to attach the original message as a text attachment.
