[newbie] Upgrading 8.1. to 8.2

hi! I am planning to upgrade our server running 8.1 to 8.2. Is this a straight forward task? Is it possible that the upgrade breaks something that was working? I do not have weird things on my machine. Just bugzilla, a couple of mysql databases, and apache with various virtual servers. The
