[newbie] Upgrading to Netscape 4.7 using Linuxupdate

Using Linuxupdate (KDE) to upgrade my Mandrake Linux.  When I try upgrading from Netscape 4.61 to Netscape 4.7 I get the following error message:   "Compat-libs is needed by Netscape-4.70-1mdk"   What does the above message mean and how can I correct this?   What is Compat-libs and where do
