Hey all, I am trying to install vmware on my mandrake box when i do the configure it comes up and say's im useing the wrong kernel? i'm useing the 2.2.9-27mdksmp kernel i have duel 350 p2's. do i need to just rename my kernel to 2.2.9-27? i think the mdksmp on the end is messing it up? Ralph

I followed the instructions of setting up a raw disk system at vmware's site. However, after loading the config file and when i tried to power on the virtual machine, VMWARE's window just suddenly disappears and it seems that it shuts its self off. So does anyone know what is wrong? How to fix i
