Hey, I recently upgraded to the newest version of mandrake, but now (despite the seemingly successful upgrade) my X isn't working. gdm starts up just fine, but after entering the correct password for my local user (or root) I get returned right back to gdm's login screen. I have no idea where errors are logged to, so I don't know how to even begin debugging this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, cyberclay
