Hi all, When I have either xautolock or xscreensaver running, my graphic desktop screws up bigtime. Can't describe the effect properly, it looks as if each time 10 lines of pixels from left to right are copied downwards about 7 times. Makes for a lousy screen to read.
I disabled xautolock (which ran regularly with this happening) and replaced it with xscreensaver. That made things even worse. Dropping to text and firing up X would render the screen illegible directly, instead of waiting for a while. Since I have both programs switched off, the screen stays fine. Has anyone else ever heard of something like this with an Nvidia Geforce 32Mb? On the Diamond Speedstar 50 (also mdk 8.0) this never happened.
