[newbie] Xterminals in telnet

Hi, friends!

I'm new in Linux, and I can make telnet to my Mandrake in console. Can I
make the same in graphic mode (Xtelnet)? 

I try to open two kde's windows at the same time (with two distinct
users), and the second user couldn't use kde.

Where can I find information about Xterminals-Howto (in Spanish, if
possible), or info about Xtelnet?
