There's no reason you can't put the mount commands in a script. You could put the commands at the end of your /etc/rc.d/rc.local file, which I believe is run at every boot (after all the other init scripts). You may be able to even create a separate rc.something file in this directory, just to k

I have a cd tower and I would like for the drives to be mounted automatically at boot with the same mount point every time. Where do I configure this? The drives are defined in the /etc/fstab file, but I have to manually mount them with the mount command. John -- John Bodden htttp://www.csu
