look in your netscape "edit/preferrences" menu item at the
top
of your browser windowthen select (under categories)...
"Navigator/Applications"...to the right...of that
window...at the bottom...
will be where netscape downloads files...
you can change this ...if you like.

The rpm you downloaded should be in the directory you were in when you
downloaded it. For instance if you were in /home/user when you initiated
the download that is were the file will be.
