Hi,
Internet Explorer is famous for rendering code (which
it doesn't understand) into some format that it can
understand (text, for instance)
Try to download this file with Netscape.
Plus, don't just left-click on the link to the code
and wait to see what the browser shows you - when you
left-click on the file-link, press shift
simultaneously. In this case Netscape should save the
unaltered file on your hard drive.
