[newbie] imwheel and permissions

hi ppl just followed the discussion about imwheel.i did exactly what ralph day described and im able to start imwheel and use it as root.. but icant for hell figure out which permissions to change to use it as a normal user..i did a chown and chgrp user /usr/X11R6/bin/imwheel* same
