Hi all,
I've just gotten rid of Red Hat 7.0 (which I was quite fond of) and replaced it
with Mandrake 7.2. I'm not an expert on linux (hence being on this list rather
than the expert one ;) but I know enough to get myself by in linux :)

Anyway, I've installed 7.2, and when it's setting up it asks which internet
options you'd like - I selected Create and ISDN Account or similar and entered my
ISP's details. Rest of installation goes ok, I get into mandrake fine (and I
must say, it looks better than ever <g>). My ISDN card is recognised in the
hardware manager (which I've forgotten the name of). However, upon loading kISDN
(both as root and a normal user) and going into the Configuration box doesn't
give me the option to Add a new connection - only Edit, Delete or one other
option. There is also no "Database" button at the bottom as the screenshots in
the helpfile shows.

Does anyone have any ideas? Until I can get online with ISDN, linux is pretty
much useless to me :o/ Red Hat came with good sturdy ISDN support but I'd really
rather not have to switch back.

Thanks,
