Gerald, This is actually further restricted, because user(s) mounting / umounting the CDROM must be in the 'cdrom' group. This also applies to the floppy. In order to mount / umount the floppy drive, you must be in the floppy group. Michael -- Michael Viron Registered Linux User #81978 Senior
