Hi Juan Firstly, the driver you have is old. The newest driver is version 1.0.5336. Just so you know.
In your XF86Config-4, you have the following lines: > Section "Device" > Identifier "device1" > Driver "vesa" > Option "DPMS" > EndSection That driver line there has to be set to "nvidia". I can't say I understand why you have NVIDIA driver lines in your logfile if you're using the VESA driver, but anyway - that's one possible problem. Give it a spin, send word of the results.
