According to the virus description someone already posted...the virus sends it's self using the infected persons address book...so it is unlikely this person knew he was infected...and the virus posted its self to the list...and many of his address book contacts. At least he warned the mail list

Can FBI do something about this? My computer club members sent to me multiple happy virus before. Sometimes it resides in your hardware though you don't execute the file when you use Unix to open the mail. It does the same even when you use Unix not Windows. In Unix, the virus stays dormant
