If i do a command like this tar -xv home/huff/a/home.htm -f /mnt/cdrom2/cudaback.tar
it will find the file in an early directory, but then keep looking. Since i know there is only one home/huff/a/home.htm, is there any way to make it stop after the first hit? thanks, eric
